1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pawpawdoo.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Luminara Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as PawPawDoo ("PawPawDoo," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

We sell pet supplies for dogs and cats. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been submitted, at our discretion — for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; PawPawDoo does not store your full payment card details. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and added at checkout.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines and costs are disclosed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive orders, reviews, or communications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the PawPawDoo name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Luminara Global LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our hosting platform, payment processors, or shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminara Global LLC and PawPawDoo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise based on your location.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
