What is in the set?
The Cozy Pair is the Cozy Nest bed with a coral fleece blanket. The Cozy Corner Kit adds a heartbeat plush. The Complete Cozy Set adds a snuffle ball and a pet hair roller. The pieces listed at the top of the page are exactly what you receive.
Which bed size and color do I get?
You choose the bed size (60, 70, 80 or 100 cm) and color when you order. Measure your pet curled up and compare with the diameter. If your pet sprawls out when sleeping, go one size up.
Will everything arrive in one box?
Not always. Pieces can ship from different fulfillment partners, so you may get separate packages with their own tracking links, sometimes on different days.
Does the welcome code work on sets?
Yes on the Complete Cozy Set: enter WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. No on the Corner Kit and the Cozy Pair, which are already priced together. Beds bought on their own can use the Buy 2 save 20% and Buy 3 save 30% savings.
Can I exchange one piece?
Email support@pawpawdoo.store with your order number and the piece in question. Unused items can be exchanged or credited within 30 days of delivery, and a real person replies within 24 to 48 hours.
